MySQL and Apache download

I desire to install and design/build database Web pages with php, NySQL while
using the Apache server dounloaded on to my computer. Are there issues I
should be concerned about since I have XP Home addition and am unable to use
FrontPage-ASP only if I upgrade to XP professional.

Not at all. You only need FrontPage extension support if you intend to
design and build with FrontPage.
