mysearchnow - get rid of!

Hi everybody,

I installed and then got rid of MSN Plus but Windows
explorer (and netscape) now automatically loads
mysearchnow as a homepage (despite the fact i have google
listed as my default) as well as a pop-up for a casino
site. this is very frustrating and i am not sure how to
get rid of it.

One of the nastiest browser hijacking parasites.

Ad-Aware will help in removing it. Download and update its reference file
with the online update function ans run it. You may have to reboot and
re-run to get rid of it.

Get and update SpyBot Search and Destroy through its online update function.

Get a good HOSTS file to stop theses nasties.

Keep these things up to date as new nasties come along just like
viruses/worms.
