My OS is Windows XP SP1. Every day, my computer wants me to download
the removel tool and every day I do so. I've downloaded the tool
manually and it doesn't detect any worms, so what gives? Anyone have
any fix ideas? Thanks in advance.

to start with i'd download and run these be sure to update them

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ adaware

http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download spybot

http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download cwshredder

http://www.webattack.com/dlnow/rdir.dll?id=105693 spyware blaster

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html some other usefull removal
tools

also do a full virus scan

You say your computer wants you to download it...I doubt it's anything from
the OS telling you that...I would run a virus scan, and then try the
following...
Check for Spyware;
Lavasoft Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
SpyBot S&D - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder : http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe
Online Spyware scan: http://aumha.org/a/noads.php
