Hi, my work group needs to start using Verisign PKI Certificates. We're
using Outlook 2003 latest SP on a network.
I managed to download and install my certificate OK but when I try to d/l
Outlook email recipient certificates from the Verisign website it prompts me
to open them or save them. What do I do? What do I need to do to get this
working so I can/receive encrypted email?

Thanks,

Mike

Typically, the certificate you installed the first time should cover email.
Whose recipients certificates are you downloading? Did you try saving them
then installing them after download?

I read the gide to mean I had to d/l to pki certficates for each person I
want to send mail to.
Where do I save these certicates? Whre do I install them?
