My help and support is still not working properly.

1) some links get the "cannot display the page" message.
2) some gif files are not displaying but show the red X with message.
3) XOX appears at some places in text.

I've checked to make sure active scripting is enabled and it is.

My Windows XP pro is up to date with SP2.

I don't understand the suggestion on earlier posts aboutt moving the
directory.

Is is possible to just reinstall "Help and support"?
Any other suggestions?

Active Scripting for the My Computer Zone.

Clicking "Related Topics" and other hyperlinks cause "Cannot display the page" error in Help and Support Center:

Yes. I checked for both hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine as the link
you gave suggested.

Which page, for example causes these symptoms? Navigation path would be appreciated.
