my windows task manager

hi can anyone help me my task manager is not operating
properly, when i open task manager all the other options
for end tasks and information is not displayed it only
shows the cpu usage part is there anyway i can restore the
task manager so it shows all the options that i need and
yes i am logged as the administrator. can anyone help me
please
