Are you running the beta MS AntiSpyware application? If so, try
uninstalling it. Otherwise, you haven't given us enough information to
get a specific diagnosis. Is your computer 100% spyware and virus-free?
If you think so, how did you determine this?

Yes I am running the Microsoft Beta antispyware. I am also running the
avast.com antivirus program. I have done my best to clean my machine. i can
not guarentee that it is virus free.

"Beta" software means software that isn't finished yet. Do not run beta
software on a production machine. To reset the firewall:

MS antispyware tool disables Windows Firewall (or to reset firewall):
Start>Run cmd [enter]
netsh winsock reset catalog [enter]
Follow prompts and reboot.
