My web site host no longer supports front page extensions

My web site host is telling me that they no longer support front page
extensions as Microsoft is no longer supporting the product.

I now have to use the FTP option.

Using the front page extensions and making changes "on the fly" was easy.

Is there another way to get the simplicity back?

Find another host that uses the extensions?
