my web page displays the wrong font

I designed some web pages in my laptop, but when I copy the pages onto by
desktop PC, the fonts are not displayed properly.
I am worried that when I publish the website, the fonts will not display
properly on other peoples computers.

How do I make sure people see the fonts I see on my laptop?

Are your text settings the same on your PC as your laptop for text viewing?

Eg: 1/ Control Panel > Display
2/ Browser >View>Text Size
3/ Frontpage > Tools > Page Options

If you use fancy fonts they will only display on in the viewer's browser if
they happen to have that font installed on their machine.
