My VBA help doesn't work!

When I open my VBA help in Access 2002 I can't use the Answer wizard and
index facilities, only the contents. When I click on the wizard or index the
cursor changes to <----> and I can't enter any characters. Anyone any ideas
why this is happening. I would like to be able to search the Help before
posting questions in the newsgroups.
