My user account has too many restrictions

I am Running custom shell,,

with standard user account, the shell cannot save config files to harddrive,
and hence i am forced to give user Administrator rights in order for Custom
Shell to behave correctly.

Why is this ?

Anything i should check, change etc.,

And how we can help you if we don't even know what you use as your custom
shell app?

If you want to save some data using Administrator account while you are
logged in user account, you can use RunAs functionalily (related APIs or
runas.exe utility).
