My touch pad's srolling

ceased to function for some reason. Neither does the upper right corner
respond any more.

I added a new user account recently. Any connection?
 
You have posted your question twice within 25 minutes!!

Contact the computer Manufacturer!
 
Contact your computer manufacturer, OR try fiddling around with the
computer's custom control panel (not the windows one, but the one with the
name of the computer manufacturer)!
