I am trying to save a document to my computer sent via email from family but
when I try to open it I get this message... "The selected text converter is
an old version which does not work with the current version of word.
Reinstall the converter and try again." I use Window XP Home, but a while ago
I downloaded the Office software as a free trial, I no longer have that
software installed on my computer but now when I start Word 2003, it states
Microsoft Office 2003 in the corner (this I dont have a problem with). But my
concern is how do I find out what version converter I am using and how do I
get the version I need to open other files?
