My Stationary / Themes button is disabled

Hello,

I have Outlook 2007. I just bought it a few weeks ago. When I went to
personalize my settings in Mail Format I noiticed that I could not change my
stationary because it was grayed out. In Outlook 2000 and 2003 we were able
to select from a list of different stationary files and now we cannot. Is
this option not available in Outlook 2007? I am using Outlook 2007 and
running it on Vista Home Premium.

did you install the office 2007 suite or just outlook?
