My slides are trimmed when I display them

I do PrintScreen, then paste into PowerPoint. The material looks OK
in the small slides. When I do the slide show, a little bit is cut off on
each side of the screen.
 
Once you paste the the screen grab into PowerPoint, you need to adjust its
size to the parameter of the slide (10 X 7.5 inches). Your screen grab is
most likely larger so you'll need to make it smaller.
 
In edit view right click on the screen grab image and format>picture size tab

Change the settings here to the same as those in page setup (probably 10 x
7.5 or 25.4 x 19.05 if your metric)
