My shift key works off and on - heard it was set as a sticky key

When I use my shift key I get lower case for awhile then all of a sudden I
can get the upper case letter I want. It was working fine until a couple
days ago - I got a message on my screen that in settings (where ever that is)
it has the shift key set to do this. If I press the shift key about 6 times
to get Caps, it will work then revert back. Very strange... Can anyone
help....

This group is for the Access Database program, not hardware. I would
recommend trying a different keyboard. Swap the keyboards with the computer
turned off, some computers will lose the keyboard when it is unplugged and
not recognize the new one until after a reboot. If the new keyboard works,
you either have some software designed for your keyboard that has changed
the settings for the key or, more likely, the keyboard is bad.

Hello:

You might be dealing with an accessibility option called "Sticky Keys". Look
in the control panel under "Accessibility Options". I belive the default
setting to turn the "Sticky Keys" feature on, is to press the shift key five
times; you can uncheck this setting to disable the feature.
