Hi,

My screen is totally washed in a red color. Before it was yeelow. Can
someone please help my confirm whether it is a monitor or video card problem.

It is the fault of data cable of your monitor. Could only be the problem of
connector, which you plug into Display Adapter. Yesterday, I receive a
monitor for repair with the same problem.

Mostly we cut out the faulty connector and re-connect a new one and its
realy works fine instead of replacing the complete cable. Approx cost $4.
