My Recent Documents

Right click Start button>Properties>Customize>Advanced>Recent Documents>Clear List.

Clear Recent File Lists - Clears Search History

To add: while you are there (Right-click Start
button>Properties>Customize>Advanced>Recent Documents), clear the checkbox for "List
my most recently opened documents" and clcik OK, and you won't have a Documents list
to worry about anymore.
