my recent documents

Hello all

How do you de-activate the "my recent documents" feature? (not clear it,
but deactivate it)

By removing the check mark from the the box next to the option 'list my most
recently opened documents' on the Advanced tab of the customize start menu
window.

Maybe this is what you are looking for....
Easiest would be to use Powertoys for XP TweakUI.
Explorer > Settings
[ ] Allow recent documents on start menu.....
