My outlook wont open

I keep getting client errors.
I cant even start outlook and am constantly asked to contact admin when i
custom built this pc and its getting annoying.
Here is the Error message:

Unable to open your default email folders. The file c:\ducuments and
settings\olavs\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst
is not compatible with this version of the Personal dolfers information
service. Contact your admin.

Bugs me off!! Help me pls!

Yeah it did work just 3 days ago.. i was using Small bussiness ed 2003
then i upgraded to Office 2003 Pro due to the fact SBE miss Access and
Frontpage

That's a sign you're trying to open a Unicode PST in a version of Outlook
earlier than 2003.
