My Outlook Express is showing some error

My Outlook express is showing some error when I receive and send messages,
but only in my hotmail account, we have another account that is BATELCO.COM
it is Bahrain telecom service, it is working properly, only proble is in
hotmail account, my ID is (e-mail address removed)
