My Outbox on outlook

Can anyone please help me work out why on OUTLOOK, when i have typed a new
email, it sits in the outbox. When i click send/receive it states send error
0x800ccc6F message....i have spoken to wanadoo, and they think it may be a
corrupt outbox....how do i replace the outbox problem.
 
There is no such thing as a corrupted Outbox. You gotta love the people at
Wanadoo and what they always come up with :-)

0x800ccc6F by itself means that you specified an e-mail address that isn't
located on their mailserver. They can have this enabled to reduce spoofing.
Make sure you configure a mail profile with the e-mail address they gave to
you.
