my old scanner

I am running WIN2K Svc.Pk3 on a P3/700Mhz machine with plenty of HDD space
and 512 MB RAM. I have my old Info Reader Express scanner with an
installation module FB4B.EXE. I bought it in 1997. The mfg. ceased to
support this product with drivers before Y2K. Now, all WIN2K says is
"SCANNER DLL not found" when I try to install the software. The original
tech support note I have mentions an "FB435 kit." Anyone know where I can
get this compatible with my operating system? Of course, any help will be
greatly appreciated.

You're allmost certainly on to a loser - buy a new scanner
