I was using my dos programs written with dbase42 without having any problems.
My operating system was windows98 Se. I changed my operating system and using
Windows XP professional now. I am having problems with my dbase42 programs.
When I run a dbase program and adjust the screen to full mode turkish
characters are destroyed. If I use the screen with the windowed mode the
characters are okey. Is there anyone to help me. I would appreciate it....

You might be better off when asking in a local newsgroup, eg.
microsoft.public.tr.windows
If I use the screen with the windowed mode the characters are okey.

Make sure to select the TrueType font (Lucida Console) rather than the
Raster (bitmap) font within the shortcut's properties.

Run your DOS apps on a PC that has DOS.

Duh..

That's a pretty dumb attempt at humor. Many people still use DOS
programs bacause newer isn't necessarily better. Newer, bigger,
supposedly easier and with more bells and whistles doesn't mean a
thing if doesn't do what you want it to do. Point in fact I still use
dBase III+ because newer programs won't do for me what dBIII+ will. I
have XP Media edition and it doesn't work as good for DOS as ME did
and not only in DOS, I have a couple of Windows programs that don't
work as they should with XP.
Many gamers still play DOS games. Besides which MS says DOS programs
will work and it's really sad when they don't.
