My newsletter attachment overlaps words when i send it?

I have made a co. newsletter, but when I send it and someon opens it, it's
all overlapping. I know you can fix it by hitting view, print view. But I
don't want to cause my customers any work to read the newsletter.
 
Save it as PDF (for which you will need additional software) and post as an
attachment. The readers will thus see what you see.
