My name keeps inserting when editing email

When I try to edit an email before forwarding it on my name gets inserted in
blue italics every time I hit the enter or tab keys. I have been all through
my settings and can't find how to get this to stop. Would appreciate
suggestions.
 
Tools, options, email options button. Remove check from mark my comments
with.
