my messages show" none " insted of date and time- under send in the outbox.
cannot send it turnes to - none- all the time

thanks for any help
 
This is normal. If the item is still in the Outbox, it's waiting for final
delivery and hasn't been sent yet. Open the message. Switch from the Outlbox
to the Inbox. CLick Send on the message. Stay away from the Outbox so the
server can delivery the message to its destination.
 
Hello: I have the same issue-- just out of curiosity, why does this happen?--
admittedly I am very much a layperson, but have used outlook for many years.
Thanks very much for the tip, but why doesnt it just send from the outbox?

Right now, we know of at least one Outlook add-in built on the .NET
framework that causes items to open and become unqueued when they're just
touched in the Outbox. Beyond that we don't know. What OUtlook add-ins do
you have installed?
