My mailbox appears twice in the folder list

I have Outlook 2003 SP3 running with Exchange 2003 SP2. For some reason I
have my mail profile listed twice in the folder list pane. When I look in
Email Addounts\Advanced I don't see any additional mailboxes listed. I have
created a new profile, but after a short period of time it comes back again.
Any ideas what would cause this. It does not appear to be unique to the
company I am at, because this problem has followed me before.
