My mail isn't leaving, says "None" next to Date sent

I click "send" but notice it doesn't ever go from [1] to 'blank.' When I
check the "Outbox" contents, my message is there, but under the heading of
"Date: None", instead of today's date.

I keep trying to send it, and it keeps coming up "None". It's not going
anywhere.

What's the deal?

If it's in the Outbox, it hasn't been sent yet. Are you receiving any errors
when attempting to send?

I'm having exactly the same problem as Andy. When I look in the outbox the
date shows "none". The message does not leave the outbox when I press
send/receive and there are no error messages.

Help!!!!!!!

I am having this exact issue, also.

Vince,
What is happening is I create an e-mail, whether new or as a reply. I hit
the "SEND" button when finished. At that point the e-mail moves into a
"Date: None" status within Outlook's outbox. There is no rhyme nor reason
why this is happening because I can turn around and create (either new or
replying) the exact same e-mail again, and it may (or may not) move into the
outbox under the proper date (usually the current date).
I am sending you a separate e to your OmegaGeek e addy. That e will
contain a screenshot of what we are talking about. Hopefully this will help
you see what we are talking about. A picture is worth 1,000 words and all
that stuff. :-)

Merry Christmas!
Steve

Apparently no one knows what is going on with this issue. I've seen the same
question asked numerous times in the groups. I've yet to see an answer from
a MVP which resolves the problem.

I have more e-mail messages building up in my Outlook Outbox as the days go
on. I've now resorted to sending business e-mails through Outlook Express.

I turned off all spam blocking, Norton's, etc, but the same "Date: None"
issue keeps happening within Outlook. I considered the issue might be that I
use Express for personal e-mail, and Outlook for biz, but changing the
settings to just use Outlook for both didn't matter, either.

If no MVP can help within the next week, I'll be forced to call MS for
assistance...
