My live is Dead

Hello there, I've got a great problem with the Live service.
When, in my Halo 2 Vista, I try to use live, it sends me in a browser
window. Here I log in with my account and I do the same thing in the game.
When it try to connect to the web appear an error message: 0x80151909. I
phoned the Microsoft assistance, but they wasn't knowing what does it mean.

Even if he has a Silver Account, he can still sign-in. Just can't play
online.

If Microsoft can't tell you what the error is, then... well that makes no
sense at all, call them back and get an answer, it's their system, they
should be able to fix it.

Check your Internet connection, make sure everything is working ok. Good

This is a very rare error condition
(XONLINE_E_LOGON_AUTHENTICATION_TIMEDOUT). Do you have two network cards
installed? Is your network setup non-standard in some way?

The recommendation is two-fold

(1) Manually install the v1.2 update.

(2) Make sure you have your router/firewall configured properly. Follow the

With Games for Windows Live Silver accounts, you can play online via
ListPlay. You don't get all the matchmaking/tournament ranking without Gold.
