My left margin is too close to edge when printing web pages

I'm having trouble with my Sony Vaio/Windows XP and canon S520 printer.
When I print web-based pages it cuts off letters on the left margin. I
don't know what to do to adjust. I called Canon and they said it a Windows
issue. All I want is to know how can I adjust this so I can send out my
resume.
 
Do you have the latest drivers for the printer installed? You need to check
the printer manufacturer's web site for the latest drivers.
