I tried researching this and I've seen a lot of folks who are having the
OPPOSITE problem that I'm having, but no one having the same.

Basically, about once a day or thereabouts, my keyboard will suddenly behave
like it's set to European settings as opposed to American. The @ and "
characters switch places and # becomes the British pound sterling symbol.
This only affects Outlook; no other Windows programs are affected. It does
appear to affect any kind of Outlook form. (I just opened a Note and the
same thing is happening.)

Restarting Outlook fixes the problem, but I'd like to know why it's
happening in the first place.

Remove the additional keyboard layout from Control Panel-> Regional and
Language Options

Have the same problem with Slovene and German which I have installed.
Can't explain why is happens, but it does. I have the 'language bar'
down in the tray and just open it and return to English when this
happens.

What the hell was THAT doing in there? UK settings are gone now. Hopefully
