My internet won't work

I use Windows XP-with internet explorer. I use the option that allows two
users to use my labtop. When user A gets on the internet it works just fine.
When I try (user B) It won't even allow me to get on. I get this error
message..."denied by access controller, access forbidden". Is there anything
I can do about this.

Yes...
the easiest thing you could do, is to delete all users other than the
administrator...
If you insist on using all users, you will need to give them access to the
internet..or give them permission to use online tools...
NOTE:the administrator will have to grant permission for other users to
share internet connections....or right click (the administrator) on your
connection...then click ''' share....then click ...all users of this
computer....
