Dear sir/madam
I installed win2k with service pack 4 .after several days
i upgraded it to win xp . when i did it , i wanted to
create an internet dial up connection like the following
way:
control panel> my network > create new connection> next>
connect to internet > next> setup my connection manually>
next>.
when i click next, two options of next paper( connect
using a dialup modem & connect using a broadband tht
requires a username and password ) are unable.
how can i do able them ?
thank you so much for your kind Attention.

I think the clue is that both those require a
username/password. That makes it sound like a user
identification problem.

My experience with upgrading from Windows 2000 to XP
(instead of installing XP at first) is that a lot of the
permissions get twisted to fit the XP way of doing it. If
you are not logging in as administrator with a password,
that would be the first thing I'd try.

Mike
