My IE shows bars around videos or flash applications and I have to double clik..Help

Help!!!

My IE is showing hyperlink bars around flash applications and windows
media player videos on the websites. Whenever I want to play or click
on a flash animation on any kind of websites it shows a bar around the
object and I have to double click which is really annoying and I
don't know what to do.

If anybody knows how to fix this or it is because IE explorer I would
appreciate it a lot.

I have to the picture with a link to give you an idea of what I am
talking about. The bar is highlighted with red.
