My HP IPAQ not loading

My iPAQ Pocket PC refuses to load. Every time that I get to the align screen
the target frezes and it wont go any further. I have my connector and
software but cannot progress any further than this screen.

This is a group for Windows XP, not Windows Pocket PC edition, but anyway...

Try a *cold* reset (consult your manual for exactly how to do this and be
aware that it _*will*_ trash any data on the iPaq).

Failing that, I'd consider a hardware fault to be likely, time to contact HP
for a warranty repair?
