My HP all in one (d135) does not recognize Word.

My HP desk jet does not recognize my 2003 Word in the scan to destination so
I can only scan to WordPad. This is terrible. When I had it i- the HP
deskjet- installed on another computer that has died, it scanned to an older
version of Word. Please help. The HP people cant figure this out.

I'm trying to look something up with your printer but a DeskJet is not an
OfficeJet (all-in-one). I did find info on an OfficeJet 350. Id that it?
