My home PCs can't see my work laptop on my home network

Nobody in particular

All the PCs can get to the internet through my router and my personal
PCs can see each other. My work laptop can get out to the internet
just fine too but can't see the home PCs and vice versa. I can't
change settings on my work PCs - is there something I can do to the
home PCs?
 
Your work laptop might be part of a domain, and the home pCs a
workgroup. You have not said. Check that.

What are the ip addresses of all the PCs and the mask?.

Check using the status option on the connection after a right click on
the connection, or run ipconfig from the cmd prompt.
