My History Won't Clear

Hi,

I have my history set to clear every 0 days and for the last couple days it
hast cleared. I tried doing it manually by Going properties-clear history
but htat did nothing.

I guess it's not that important but it's starting to bug me so any help
would be great. Also if any of you know how to get in tough with Microsoft
about it I would appreciate that info as well.
