My History Will Not Delete

Hello~ Every so often, my computer will not delete my history. I go to Internet Options, delete the cookies, temp files, and then clear history and then when I am in Internet Explorer, and click the History button, there the history STILL is. I can right click on each site there, but it gets to be a bit much deleting them ALL that way

Any suggestions? I have a scan on the computer that searches for spy ware and things like that and it came out clear

....truly an killer title for a sci-fi novel or movie, perhaps when somebody
in Hollywood sees your marvelous subject line they'll change the title of
that upcoming Jim Carey/Kate Winslet movie about memory-erasing. If they
do make sure you get compensated, maybe a credit at the end.
