My files are not in my recyle bin!

Any time I delete something, it doesnt go to the recyle bin!! Can someone
help me figure out why???????????? I right clicked the icon, went to
properties, made sure that box wasnt check, and the slider is at 30% so I
should be fine right? Can someone please help me?
 
Hi

They should be in the recycle bin, unless the file size is too big, then the
file(s) will be deleted automatically. Are the files bigger in size than
the amount allowed to the Recycle Bin?

Are you deleting from a local drive or a network drive?
