My emails go out as [spam], how do I correct this?

I have swithced from IceWarp WEb Mail to Outlook for my office email.
Everything is working fine and sychronizing as it should. Other users in the
office are still using the Icewarp WebMail. The problem is, all of my
outgoing emails to persons within my office and people outside my office,
receive my emails with the [spam] notation in the subject line. How do I
correct this problem?

The antispam software your company uses is tagging your mail as spam. What
version of Outlook do you use and do you have the latest version of the
antispam software installed?

Is it server based or client? It should have a help, about screen somewhere.
