My Drop Down Menu Will Not Work

I cannot open any drop down menus. They immediately close. I do not know
what happened but I would appreciate some help in fixing this.

Restart your computer.. you had unique problems with opening shortcuts,
and now this. Also look at these:

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm

Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any files are damaged
or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards so
damaged files will be replaced.
