my documnets

I am wondering what is the difference between my
documnets and my documnets in documnets and settings? Is
there any way to get these synchronized
 
There is no difference as they are one and the same. Just right click on My
Documents and pick properties, you will see that the target is "documents
and settings/username/my documents".
