My Documents

I am using Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron. I have two 'My Documents' - one
right under 'Desktop' on the Start/Explore page.

The other is under 'My Computer'

Also, there is another file with the same folders, etc. which is called 'My
Name Documents'

All these contain the same information. How can I get rid of at least one
of these, preferably two of them?

Thanks very much

You only have one My Documents folder per user
The full address of that folder will probably be:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents

The other entries are either shortcut links to that folder, or merely
different views of it. Leave them alone!
