My Documents is in 3 different locations.

When I go to Windows explorer the first folder under Desk Top is My Documents. When I scroll down to My Computer folder, I have another folder named My Documents. When I scroll dow to Local Disk (c:) then under it Documents and Settings folder, then under it (my name) Folder. Then under it is the third folder named My Documents. They all have the same folders and the same files within them. Why do I need these two extra copies of My Document Folders. I haven't tried deleteing any of theses "My Document Folders", for fear they all may disappear at the same time. I don't even really know, if they are using three times as much space on my hard drive or not. Question is this normal? I might try backing this folder up onto a cd, but I wanted to wait for a couple of responses first.

Hi George,

It's OK. There's only one set of My Documents, there's no repetition
of files, so you don't have to worry about losing space. I also have
the same My Documents folders.
