My Documents Folder opens on Boot

The My Documents Folder opens every time I boot Windows XP
Pro. Any idea how I get this to stop?

Take a look at the Start Folder. If the My Documents are in there,
delete the shortcut. Right click Start Button > All Users> Open the
Program Folders>Start Folder

I am hoping that this was just an error at this web site
and nothing intentional. I applied the patch from kellys-
korner and as a result spent the last 5 hours restoring my
Windows XP installation!!! The patch totally corrupted my
registry.
