My delete button doesn't work.

Delete button doesn't work. When I highlight text, error message appears at
bottom left corner saying "delete block No (Yes)" I can't change this to
"no". Any suggestions?
 
From the FAQ:

24. When I try to delete I have to confirm it.
Tools => Options => General -- uncheck the two Word Perfect
options
