my dates are percentages

I just imported an excel she into access (IM NEW TO ACCESSS 07) i made sure
everything was set to date/time ... however some of my dates are showing up
as long percentages... if i click on the cell the date will show up until i
click off the cell then the percentage shows back up... any one helP?

1 If you are looking at your data through a form, then format each of the
date controls to display in a date format.

2 If you are looking at your data in the table then, make a form for that
and see #1 above,

3 Your table should also
