My custom fields/controls keep moving on my custom contact form

I created a custom contact form for a client. Every quarter or so the privacy
field/control moves to cover the catagories enter field. Why!! Please help. I
have to go out and recreate the form each time, publish the cosutom forma and
then convert 3,250 contacts to the new form and it takes all day. What can i
do to make my fields keep moving from where I put them?

I don't know the cause or cure for this. It's quite rare. However, you
shouldn't need to perform a form conversion. I would try just republishing
the form under the same message class. Don't forget to increment the version
number.
